Within this module it will help Identify the learning process including the implications of your own learning style, learning how to create a positive learning environment that will enhance both understanding and learning, identifying the strengths and development areas relating to your delivery style by coaching and delivering on a one to one or small group basis using demonstration and constructive feedback skills.
Within this course you will get the support to improve strategy, prioritisation, planning and execution of ideas and solutions. Increasing time management, risk management and learning a systematic approach to problem solving which can be replicated time and time again.
Within this course we will define the what, why and how of courageous/difficult conversation by appreciating different types of courageous conversations and using a number of tools to manage conflict constructively and to help progress your difficult conversations by in the moment coaching making your courageous and difficult conversations even stronger.
Within this course we will look in to planning, preparing and structuring prior to interviewing, improving your current approach to selection interviewing by structuring a formal interview process for both telephone and face to face interviews.
We will be looking in to why listening and communication skills are important, asking the right questions and probing questions for the best outcomes whilst understanding and recognising bias and unconscious bias.
